Judge rules agains Paul Harris Lies and Theft from Dan Winter regarding Theraphi

From Dan Winter- to the judge- in the case against Paul Harris attempt to steal Theraphi.

Paul Harris lies that he somehow owns my Theraphi invention are based only on greed, bad-faith, fantasy and deception.
Theraphi is ENTIRELY based on the principle of negentropy in fractal phase conjugate charge collapse charge collapse tuned to planck. I originally discovered how this works by studying the work of Antoine Priore-  over a period of 20+ years - whose plasma invention in France  helped thousands as documented by the French government. It so inspired the my Theraphi  discovery - that the planets largest library of Priore docs - are at the Theraphi complete history of this my work inventing  Theraphi at    theraphi.net/static  .  I knew the famous Chris Bird ( Secret Life of Plants) who gave me Priore docs to translate about 30 years ago, and then worked for years with the legendary Tom Bearden - (see link) - who is the grandfather of phase conjugation AND Priore research.
The turning point-  in the DAY I discovered how to build Theraphi (10-12 years ago -LONG before Paul) - was the day I discovered that the KEY FREQUENCIES - Antoine Priore used to help thousands - were by 'coincidence'  VERY close to my original equation which explains for the first time WHY THEY CREATED NEGENTROPY (apparent SELF ORGANIZATION). Namely I discovered  that FRACTAL phase conjugate CHARGE COLLAPSE ( powers of fractal Golden Ratio - times Planck- see  PLANCKPHIRE.COM  ) WAS THE then undiscovered principle behind the famous Priore device.  See this graphic:  ( from  www.theraphi.net/static    Theraphi origins)

Years later- after I discovered the this core principle- about 2014  (now articulated: Planckphire.com ) - when I hired Paul Harris to build the device I designed- including  my spec for Amplifier, carrier wave and more see below.
I then PAID him parts and labor to build my first prototypes to my design. I then paid for the 2 launch events in Europe- at my partners sites-  to launch the Theraphi. That was 10 years ago- as clearly shown on my spreadsheet of the amounts I paid Paul Harris to build my technology.  At that time I loaned Paul Harris my secret computer program to generate the specific cascade of frequencies- required: These were about 13 harmonics - exactly golden multiples of Planck- in the audible spectrum. I specified that they needed to be a 'phase conjugate pump' wave fed in 180 degree phase opposite pairs to 2 tubes. Paul Harris specifically told me he did not know this before my discovery. As it was clear even Antoine Priore did not know what phase conjugation was ( one of his fatal errors was to use only 1 tube- making conjugation impossible). 

Paul Harris later STOLE this key information- and my secret program to create these harmonics- and continues to steal it today.
Then in about 2014 - 2015 when Paul built the amplifier I instructed him to make, he made 2 fatal mistakes. He disobeyed my specific instruction to use only Planckphire.com harmonics for the high frequency carrier wave and picked about 800khz- which actually prevents the completion of the negentropy effect.  This 800 khz carrier he chose makes that Theraphi version ILLEGAL IN MOST COUNTRIES also.   Then the 2nd absolutely catastophic mistake Paul made was to use a transformer producing about 500,000 volts to drive the plasma tubes.  This unnecessary hi voltage was due to his using the wrong pressure for the noble gasses. THIS VOLTAGE MAKES THAT THERAPHI VERSION ILLEGAL IN EVERY SINGLE COUNTRY IT IS SHIPPED TO. (In addition to making the  negentropy field effect actually MORE uncomfortable.)  Our Theraphi team has solved all the issues for the THERAPHI2  product we are launching now- which is orders of magnitude more powerful and effective, without these glaring and illegal mistakes. And at a fraction of the cost.

I registered and created my Theraphi.net  website in August 2015  for my invention (& later Theraphi.com). Only many years later in a move of outrageous bad faith and attempted theft-  Paul Harris secretly tried to register that he somehow "owned" my  word Theraphi as his trade name.
I suppose his deception filled fantasy must also mean that he also now wants to steal- the many dozens of Theraphi (named) web sites of my many partners around the world?  These are web domains also registered long before Paul Harris new attempts to steal the name. AFTER about 6 years of my inventing Theraphi, and my Theraphi web site and partners, and simply paying Paul to build parts of my invention  - see spreadsheet (noting his disastrous failure to follow my instructions above).. I then found out Paul Harris is a thief and a liar- and he began selling devices absolutely using my core technology (including my frequency signature Planckphire.com) - and bypassing me. I also found out after 6 years- he  had begun systematically lying to my best clients- telling them I was merely a 'salesman' for him.

 After he told this lie to my largest Theraphi client in history -  at that point my client- knowing my exhaustive history of inventing Theraphi at  - theraphi.net/static -  he simply hung up the phone and swore he would never again have anything to do with that liar. He continued buying my many inventions which now replace Theraphi - including Piezophire.com, Plasmaphire.com  - and more coming. Our Theraphi team is also now deep in the production of new PHIRAY.com .
